INGREDIENTS

  • Protein powder of choice
  • Ice
  • Milk or milk substitute
  • Chilled black coffee

(OPTIONAL- stevia, sugar-free syrups, etc.)

DIRECTIONS

Fill a large glass (with a lid) halfway with ice. Add coffee, 1 scoop of protein powder, and 24 oz of milk or milk substitute and mix well by shaking. Enjoy!
