Non Member 4 session Nutrition Package with Jennifer

This is a 4 session package for Jennifer’s new clients.

Please keep a written record of everything you eat and drink as soon as you make your appointment. Have this with you for your first session.

During your initial session, we’ll review and discuss your food records. We’ll discuss what your goals are and make a custom plan for you to start achieving those goals!

Once we come up with the initial plan, we’ll decide when to meet again (timing for this depends on the complexity and number of things you’re working on, as well as the amount of support you’d like for those goals).

You’ll leave the initial session with a meal plan to follow until the next meeting. This plan will be sent to you via email.

Things to have ready for your initial session:

  • At least 3 days of food and beverage records
    (ideally one week’s worth)
  • Your height and current weight
  • A list of any medical conditions you have and
    medications you take
  • Any recent bloodwork you have had done
    (within the past year)


Non Member 4 session Pediatric Nutrition Package with Katie

This package includes 4 one hour sessions  This package is designed for one child.  If you have more than one child please contact us for pricing.

In each hour-long session, you will review nutrition intake and history forms (sent prior to consultation) and your overall nutrition and wellness goals for your child. Time will be spent getting to know you and your child, and your current season of life. This will help tailor a nutrition plan to your goals and your specific lifestyle. You can expect to be given written plans within 24 hours of your appointment via email.

Child-focused nutrition topics:
*Help! I have a picky eater on my hands
*Child having difficulty gaining weight
*Food allergies
*Weight management for overweight child

**If your child has a feeding tube or uses parenteral nutrition support, these must be managed and altered by a physician and his/her clinical dietitian. Katie Kines, C323 Dietitian, will not manage, alter, or be held liable for enteral nutrition/parenteral nutrition needs.


Non Member 6 week Coaching Package with

IFBB Pro, Lacy Green

6-week coaching package includes:

~First session is a deeper continuation of your initial free consultation via Zoom video conferencing.  During this consultation we further discuss your fitness goals, what worked in the past for you, what did not work in the past for you, your preferences with nutrition and workouts, and I give instruction on how the coaching program works.

~Weekly check-ins via email based on a custom to you checklist that keeps you moving towards your goals and holds you accountable to weekly assignments and progress.

~A 6 week custom workout plan based on your goals and your preferences.

~6 weeks of unlimited email access to me for questions, encouragement, and updates on your progress.

~Live instruction and discussion as needed via video conferencing.

~Meal planning advice and education.

~Lifetime membership to my private Facebook group with encouragement, recipes, challenges, and specials.

~Special pricing to continue monthly coaching sessions after the initial 6 weeks.

**When you purchase this package you will receive a confirmation email followed by an email from Lacy with further instructions.

You can use your sessions whenever you choose based on Lacy’s availability.  Once you purchase this package you will have password protected access to Lacy’s calendar to schedule future sessions.
