When you schedule your fitness coaching consultation, you can expect a productive conversation with Lacy, to determine where you’re starting from, what you want to accomplish and how to achieve your health and fitness goals.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You will meet with Lacy via Zoom video conferencing. Your Zoom link appointment will be given to you when you book your FREE consultation time slot. Lacy will give you a tour of the C323 Fitness Gym via screen sharing and explain how Zoom Live training works.
- KNOW YOURSELF – We will identify your current limiting factors-these are the things holding you back from achieving your goals.
- MAKE A PLAN – Together, we’ll set realistic health and fitness goals, and develop a plan for achieving them.
- TAKE ACTION – I will guide you toward lifestyle and exercises that move you closer to your goal and I will hold you accountable to your weekly goals!
WHAT TO BRING TO THE CONSULT
- Any questions you may have regarding your current health & fitness choices
- A sense of your short-term and long-term goals, no matter how big or small.
- Make sure you have a good WiFi connection. It is helpful to have Zoom downloaded to your device. This is a free download.
